Tell me what you found

38 questions, none of them required, and it keeps what you write as you go — there's no send button and nothing to lose by stopping halfway. Answer two and close the tab if that is what you have time for.

Nothing here gets summarised. No model reads, ranks, clusters or rewrites what you write. A person reads the words you typed, in full, in the order you typed them. Blunt is useful. “I did not understand any of this” is the most useful sentence on the page.

Signed in or not, both work. Signed out it is kept against this browser, so come back and add things — you will find what you wrote still here.

What went wrong

What actually broke?

Anything that errored, froze, vanished, or did something other than what you told it to. However small, and however hard to reproduce — write it down even if you cannot make it happen again.

Where did you not know what to do next?

The moments you had to guess, or ask somebody, or click three things to find one. These are worth more to me than the crashes.

What did you go looking for and not find?

A button you expected, a rule you assumed, a screen that ought to exist.

Was there a moment you nearly gave up?

Where you would have closed the tab or put the phone down if nobody was watching. What happened just before it?

What you would change

What was the best bit?

The moment it worked. Be specific if you can — "the thing where…" is enough.

Which new thing would you miss most if it vanished?
Add a note
If one thing got fixed before next time, what should it be?

Just one. The thing that would have made the biggest difference to your evening.

One idea. Anything.

Wild is fine. Impossible is fine. Nothing here is a commitment and the strange ones are usually the useful ones.

Your favourite game does something this does not. What?

Any game — a video game, a board game, an app that is not a game at all. Name it, and say what it does that you missed here. Nothing is too big and nothing is off the table; the useful answers are usually the ones that sound unreasonable.

Would you sit down at this again?
Add a note
Anything else at all.

The box with no question attached. Notes, half-thoughts, things that did not fit anywhere above.

That is everything. You can close the tab — what you wrote is already kept, and this page will have it again if you come back to add something.

Hunting for bugs deliberately rather than playing? The walkthrough is the checklist version, with boxes to tick.
